The organiser problem
Whoever runs the draw always knows more than everyone else, and in most offices somebody eventually jokes that it was fixed. The receipt is the fix for that: it records the option list and the seed, so anyone can recompute the draw and confirm the organiser did not re-run it until they got the person they wanted. Do the draw once, share the receipt, and the joke stops being funny in a good way.
Make it yours
The 8 options above are a starting point, not a fixed list. Edit them, delete the ones that do not apply, and add your own - the wheel redraws as you type, so you can see the odds change while you go. Nothing is saved to a server, so the list is yours alone.
Adding the same option twice gives it two slices and double the chance. That is the only weighting available, and it is deliberate: a hidden weighting control would make the result look random while quietly not being.
Every spin is checkable
